Analyzing Suspect 1

You now have two suspects and are wondering what to do with them.  Or, you may have figured it out by now.  We will work with Suspect 1 first - so collect all 32 (72, 84) pieces and assemble as illustrated below.

 

You should now have 8 (18, 21) of these blocks, measuring 12 1/2".  Refer to these as Block 1.
